A woman was taken ill while on board a yacht in East Cowes Marina today (Monday).
Cowes RNLI lifeboat, a coastguard team and an ambulance all worked together to evacuate the casualty.
The lifeboat crew at Cowes were among those who assisted in the woman’s removal and into a waiting ambulance.
Having launched at 9.08am, the lifeboat returned to station at 9.35am.
