A Freshwater teenager will face no further action following a Counter Terrorism police investigation.
A property in the West Wight village was searched by officers in July last year and a then 16 year old was detained on suspicion of dissemination of terrorist publications under the Terrorism Act.
Searches were also carried out in Newport.
Now though, it's been confirmed that no charges have been brought against the teen.
