An Isle of Wight village has been named as one of the "most desirable" areas of the UK to live.
The Telegraph newspaper named Fishbourne among its 54 most appealing locations from across Britain.
The study was completed in conjunction with real estate company Savills, with the criteria based on quality of life, lifestyle and costs.
Frances Clacy, analyst at Savills, told The Telegraph:
“People want villages that have a bit of everything, from schools to stunning countryside, with accessibility to cities and transport infrastructure.
"Less well-trumpeted factors count too, such as the main road through the village should only lead to other villages.”
The full list of 54 villages on the list can be seen on The Telegraph page.
