Ticket To Ryde Set For Ryde Seafront Bank Holiday Weekend Return

Free Community Event Ticket to Ryde Returns to Ryde Seafront for the Late May Bank Holiday weekend.

The much-anticipated community event will return to Eastern Gardens on Ryde beach.

Taking place on Saturday and Sunday 27-28 May, this feel-good extravaganza promises a weekend of live music, local traders, food stalls, kids arts and crafts, and much more.

The event aims to bring together the community while supporting the MS Society Isle of Wight.

Event-goers can look forward to an impressive lineup of live music acts including Scooted & Booted Sound System with their ‘Saturday Soul’ playlist featuring Northern Soul and 70s Soul followed by ‘Ska on the Sand’ on Sunday.

Also performing are The Redcatz Rock'n'Roll Trio, White Hot Pipes, Funk Soup, Charlene Duncan, Queenie the Soul Queen, Greg Barnes Music, Bethan John, Amy Jolliffe, Corrine Atkins Music among others.

With such diverse talent on display, there will be something to suit everyone's taste.

Local Island traders will be showcasing their products and services, offering a unique opportunity to discover and support the local economy.

Food stalls will cater to all tastes, serving up delicious treats and refreshing beverages throughout the weekend.

Additionally, kids' arts and crafts activities will provide young attendees with an entertaining and creative outlet.

On-stage proceedings start late morning with the event running until 8pm each evening. Trade stalls open from 10am each morning.

Ticket to Ryde aims to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the festivities.

As a community-driven event, it also makes a positive impact by raising funds for the MS Society Isle of Wight.

By attending this event, participants will not only have a fantastic time but also contribute to supporting Island individuals and families affected by multiple sclerosis.

Admission to Ticket to Ryde is free, thanks to the generous support of organisers Jack Up Events working in conjunction with Ryde Town Council.
