A window has been smashed and equipment has been stolen in a break-in at Mountbatten's Newport warehouse.
Taking to social media, the hospice says it is 'incredibly sad' that thieves have targeted its Dodnor Lane site.
The till system - which is believed to have been empty - was taken in the break-in.
The warehouse's computer equipment was also stolen, and all wires - including the phone line - have been cut.
A spokesperson said:
"Police have been informed. It is incredibly frustrating and sad."
The Donation centre remains open for limited service.
Isle of Wight Radio is expecting a comment from Hampshire Constabulary.
