Three people remain in custody on suspicion of drugs supply offences.
Officers conducted a search of a vehicle in the Aldi car park in Cowes earlier this week.
During the search, a large quantity of suspected cannabis was recovered.
A 25-year-old man, a 21-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were all arrested on suspicion of possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
In addition, the 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drug driving.
All three remain in custody at this time.
