Emergency services have been called to Arreton following a crash this afternoon (Monday).
Island police and firefighters were alerted to a road traffic collision involving a lorry and a car on Downend Road in Arreton shortly after 1pm.
Fire crews from Ryde, Shanklin and Newport were on the scene to remove two casualties from the car which was on its side.
The casualties were passed into the care of paramedics to be treated for minor injuries.
HIWFRS made the scene safe and dealt with a small oil spill before returning to station at around 2pm.
