Two people have been left in the care of the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service this afternoon (Thursday) following a crash in Seaview.
Fire, ambulance and police services received a call to a two-vehicle crash on Nettlestone Green shortly before 3.30pm.
A spokesperson for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service said:
"Ryde and Newport crews were called to a two-vehicle road traffic collision on Nettlestone Green at 15:24 this afternoon.
"Two casualties were assessed by HIWFRS before they were passed into the care of Isle of Wight Ambulance Service paramedics.
"Firefighters worked to stabilise one of the cars and make the scene safe before returning to station shortly before 4pm."
