Fears over 'unlicensed' burning of waste on a beach in Bembridge prompted a call-out for emergency services.
Police, firefighters and coastguard teams were called to Point Beach at 5.35pm yesterday (Tuesday).
Advice was given to those who had built a bonfire, which included parts of a broken boat.
