Bob Seely was among the MPs to pledge allegiance to His Majesty The King in Parliament yesterday (Wednesday).
Holding the King James Bible, the Isle of Wight's MP said:
"I swear by almighty god that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King Charles, his heirs and successors, according to the law, so help me god."
Mr Seely was among a number of MPs to have sworn allegiance to the King yesterday.
Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Home Secretary Suella Braverman also made the pledge.
It is the first time Parliament has met since the funeral of Her Late Majesty, the Queen.
