Lanesend Primary School in Cowes has released a video to mark its Cardboard Challenge Day.
Pupils were tasked with using only cardboard, paper, tape and string to create Christmas related designs, putting all their design and technology skills to the test.
This was the school's second cardboard challenge, with staff creating a final installation from the childrens' designs.
Elisa Jones, Year 5 Lead, said:
“Our Autumn term topic has been ‘Pole to Pole where we have explored all things polar.
"For our Cardboard Challenge this year children were asked to design their own polar themed world and how they get there through a magical portal."
