Who Will Be The Isle Of Wight's Next Breakthrough Music Star After Wet Leg?

The Isle of Wight music scene has rarely been hotter than it is in 2023.

From BRIT/GRAMMY Award winners Wet Leg to rising talent such as Coach Party, Grade 2, Lauran Hibberd and Plastic Mermaids, the Island seems to be on the tip of a torrent of music journalists' tongues.

There's plenty more besides as well, with Ventnor's 24-year-old rapping pianist, Jay Eatwell, this week starring on BBC show "The Piano" (sadly a feat achieved after the video was complete.)

Beth Brookfield, only 20 years of age, might be the best of the lot though.
