Wightlink customers are being warned of delays of around two hours on services today (Thursday).
People using the cross-Solent service between Fishbourne and Portsmouth are being told to expect disruption.
Wightlink said a mechanical issue is to blame.
Due to a mechanical issue, customers may experience delays of up to 2 hours on our Portsmouth - Fishbourne route today, Thursday 4 August.
