Wightlink has issued a statement regarding weekend travel, in preparation of Storm Darragh.
Sara Howden, Wightlink Head of Customer Experience, said:
“Storm Darragh is forecast to bring high winds to the Solent this weekend.
“We intend to operate a normal timetable but advise customers that there is a possibility of disruption over the weekend because of the storm.
“If Wightlink ferry services are affected, our teams will contact customers with bookings to let them know what is happening.
“There will be up-to-date information on the Wightlink website and app including real-time service updates.”
