Wightlink's FastCat remains out of operation today (Tuesday).
The Ryde to Portsmouth has been suspended since yesterday (Monday), due to a 'mechanical issue'.
Passengers are able to travel on Hovertravel instead, according to the firm.
The suspension of the service is the latest in a long line of cancellations in recent weeks.
Meanwhile, Red Funnel's Red Jet service is also experiencing disruption.
The company says it has been unable to carry out essential repair works because of 'supply chain issues'.
A temporary timetable remains in place until at least tomorrow (Wednesday).
*UPDATED
*Wightlink says a mechanical fault has now been repaired, meaning the service can resume.
Good news! Our teams have repaired the mechanical fault at Portsmouth Harbour and our FastCat service is now operational. First sailing is 10.15 from Portsmouth Harbour. Thank you to all our customers for their patience. Have a good day!
