Once on scene, Yarmouth RNLI were challenged by rough conditions and westerly winds gusting at over 30 knots. Having assessed the situation. two drogue anchors were deployed and a tow line established ready for the journey to Yarmouth.
On arrival back in Yarmouth, the RNLI established an alongside tow in order to safely take the motor yacht into the harbour. Everyone on board (including the dog) had followed RNLI safety advice and were wearing a lifejacket. All were safe and unharmed.
