Burpee Challenge Aims To Raise Vital Funds For Mountbatten

Saturday August 3 will see members from Ryde's CrossFit Incursion perform 60,000 Burpees for charity on Appley Beach from 9.30am.

The public is encouraged to pop along to the area near to Appley cafe to cheer participants on and donate to raise funds for the Mountbatten Hospice based in Newport.

CrossFit Incursion's team of around 70 people is aiming to raise over £1,000.
