Cowes Primary School has held its annual International Day as it continues to share the diversity of cultures, food, music and costumes of the local school community.
The day offered the opportunity for teachers and parents to admire the children's work, sample international foods and see traditional costumes, which so many children wore to school on the day.
A spokesperson for Cowes Primary School said:
"We were delighted that many of our international parents were also able to support the event, sharing their own stories and information of their cultures with the children.
"International food on offer included Italian pizza, Turkish tea and an array of home cooked foods from Bangladesh, China, Indonesia and the Philippines.
"It was a super day celebrating the diversity of our school, which has children from all over the world."
The children performed a Greek dance on the playground to the parents to conclude yet another successful International Day for the school, with a variety of cultures celebrated.
