An annual free-to-attend wellbeing event will take place in Shanklin in the build up to Summer.
The Wellbeing Day at Landguard Manor this year will unfold on Sunday June 15.
There will be a free woodland meditation session, massage therapies, reflexology, reiki, crystal healing, sound baths, yoga and much more besides.
The day showcases some of the island's finest therapists and practitioners.
Reflexologist Cliff Dutton, who bases himself at Landguard Manor, is one of the stellar names providing complimentary therapies on the day.
Cliff, whose journey back to the Island saw him travel around the world, explains:
"After years of travelling, and basing myself in Fuerteventura for 14 years, I returned to the Island at 35 years old, where I got qualified in reflexology and massage.
"I'd spent years working in hospitality, and it was time for a change.
"Working with the human body is always interesting, I'm always learning and I'm literally helping people both physically and mentally."
Everyone is welcome to attend the wellbeing event and full details are available online.
