Get your hands up and your eyes down, because Wessex Cancer Support wants you to Jump Around at its first 90s-themed Boogie Bingo event at GG’s bar and restaurant in Newport on Friday 11th April.
Get Jiggy with your bingo lingo and be a Dancing Queen (17) as you Hit The Floor (74) dressed in your best 90s outfits and costumes. Bucket hats, double denim and baggy trousers are highly encouraged and there will be a prize for the best dressed person on the night.
Laura Haytack, Wessex Cancer Support’s Regional Fundraiser Manager, says the charity is excited to be hosting its first Isle of Wight-based Boogie Bingo:
“Boogie Bingo is currently the trendiest night out in town and anyone who’s been will tell you what a brilliant night it is.
"We promise you an amazing night out this April and it’s all for a really worthwhile cause as all the money raised will go directly towards supporting local people affected by cancer.”
A variety of food and drinks will be available at the venue. Doors open at 6.30pm and the evening ends at 12.30am.
Early bird tickets are £15 and available until they sell out. Standard tickets are £20, with VIP tickets priced at £25 which include premium seating, a bottle of prosecco for the table and merchandise.
All tickets are for over 18s.
