Hose Rhodes Dickson Entices Amateur Photographers With Rare Publicity Opportunity

Isle of Wight estate agent Hose Rhodes Dickson has launched a competition encouraging local residents and holiday-makers to submit photographs depicting their love for their Island, along with an answer to the question, ‘Why do you love the Isle of Wight?’

Four winners will see their photographs featured on Hose Rhodes Dickson’s brand new, recyclable property boards.

The boards are present outside homes across the Island.

They will also each receive £200 in vouchers. Additionally, four runners up will each receive £50 in vouchers and will have their photos featured on Hose Rhodes Dickson’s website.

The competition, Isle of Wight in Focus, has already provided extremely popular, with some great photos submitted since it launched on June 1.

The competition runs until 30 June, providing ample sunny days in which locals can submit their photographs of the Island’s unique scenery, along with a short description explaining why they love the Island.

Commenting on the popular competition, Marcus Waldron, Regional Sales Director of Hose Rhodes Dickson said:

“The Isle of Wight has some of the UK’s most stunning scenery and is probably among regions most photographed.

"We wanted to communicate the Island’s beauty in our marketing as well as celebrating good photography and livening up the usual ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’ signs.

"We’ve had some fantastic entries so far and look forward to selecting the four winners and four runners up.”

To enter the competition, Isle of Wight residents must upload their image and text to the website.
