An Isle of Wight rock band celebrated the release of their latest single with a stripped-back performance in a local record shop.
5 Degrees North, who released Burn last week, took to the stage at Newport’s AAA Records for an intimate performance in front of a packed out shop.
The launch party saw the trio play songs from their back catalogue, including a skiffle reimagining of their new single.

5 Degrees North, made up of Louis Marshall on drums, Will Morrison on guitar and Michael Fuller on bass, are among the bands nominated for the Indie/Rock/Alternative Act of the Year category at the Portsmouth Music Awards.
The winner will be decided by a public vote, which you can take part in here: https://www.
Speaking about the release of Burn, the band said:
"We hope everyone enjoys the track as much as we did writing and recording it.
"We cannot thank everyone enough for the support we have received recently, it's been unbelievable!"
In 2024, 5 Degrees North were one of the finalists for the annual Wight Noize competition.
They also reached number 14 in the South Coast Music Charts’ Songs of the Year with Carvel Lane.
