Island-Based ‘Brow Technician Of The Year’ Launches Innovative Online Training

Award-winning East Cowes based brow and beauty specialist Kellie Conway’s passion and enthusiasm knows no bounds.

She was keen to expand the training side of her successful East Cowes-based business, passing on on her years of knowledge, and has launched a new online training website.

“Being able to teach and share the knowledge and techniques I’ve learnt over the years is something I’m very passionate about,” explains Kellie.

“I want beauticians to thrive and be confident in learning new skills, offering treatments safely and correctly.

"I’ve trained more than 50 students who continue to be successful and have also come back to do multiple courses since.”

Kellie was recently named ‘Brow Technician of the Year’ – by Prestige Awards - a national and international award with the luxury travel guides.

The ceremony will take place this August and the trophy will be added to two other major awards she has won over the past few years, including first place as UK Henna Brow Specialist of the year in 2022.

Kellie adds:

“My training portal is for in-house training at the (home studio) 'Babe Cave' for one-to-one training for beginners or more experienced beauticians looking to further their skills and techniques.

“I am so excited to have built a platform where online learning and virtual training can be accessed by students anytime so that they can learn in the comfort of their own homes.”
