An Isle of Wight podcaster known for his high-profile celebrity interviews is celebrating a landmark edition today (Friday).
Freelance writer and journalist Josh Barry, who has Cerebral Palsy (CP), has been running his Beyond The Title podcast for more than eight years, interviewing people such as Jeremy Kyle, Sir Ian Botham, Ann Widdecombe and Jimmy Tarbuck, Mo Gilligan, Adam Hills, Jo Whiley and Zoe Ball along the way.
Today marks the 200th edition of his show, which began in 2016, and will feature an all-star celebration featuring Martin Clunes, Jo Whiley, Gaby Roslin and a host of other notable figures from the world of entertainment.
Islander Josh — who writes with his nose on an iPad — has a highly experienced team of PAs who lead the conversation on his behalf.
Josh said:
"I believe that in terms of the podcast format, Beyond The Title remains unique both in its approach to the interview and the way that I as a disabled person with severe communication difficulties is able to put my stamp on the format.
"For a Cerebral Palsy writer who struggles to communicate with the untrained audience, this (has been liberating)."
