The Newchurch Male Voice Choir has presented a cheque for £1,400 to St Mary's Stroke Unit.
Vickki Owen, Clinical Lead, and Jeannine Johnson, Consultant Stroke Nurse for the Stroke Unit received the funds last week.
The figure marks the total of the proceeds from the audiences at the Choir's concert's throughout 2023.
Bob Cooper of the choir said:
"The men love singing and bringing pleasure to the Island audiences at our concerts.
"This presentation gives us the pleasure of knowing that the wonderful work of the Stroke Unit staff will be made a little easier with this addition to their funds."
