Ryde Academy Annual Awards Ceremony Celebrates Student Success For 2024

Ryde Academy held its annual Awards Ceremony yesterday (Thursday). 

Parents, carers and staff gathered at Ryde All Saints Church to celebrate the students successes over the past year.

Vice Principal, Will Doyle, opened the ceremony, followed by the student awards for Highest Achievement, Best Progress and 100% Attendance.

Chair of Ryde’s Academy Council, Professor Toby Salt also attended the evening to present the Academy Council Award.

Teigan Long, Year 10, received this award for the personal progress she has made across this past year and the support she shows others.

Daisy L, Year 9, received the Principal’s Award for her fantastic contribution to the Student Council.

Will Doyle, Vice Principal, said:

‘“We are incredibly proud of all our students for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

"This ceremony is a wonderful opportunity to recognise their achievements and inspire them to continue striving to ‘be remarkable!’.”
