Please come and see a member of the team if you need AA and/or PIP guidance or information on a whole range of subjects, including - cost of living support and local activities.
We can also help you to source a PA if you need support at home or arrange a home visit for an aids and adaptations assessment. And if you have some issues you need help to resolve, we can discuss a referral into the service for some short term, targeted support on a 121 basis with a member of the Outreach Team.
